Why take the DELF Prim diploma?
Awarded by the French Ministry of Education, the DELF Prim is the official diploma designed for kids from 7 to 12 years. It is available for the levels: A1.1, A1 and A2.
Based on a very positive and non-sanctioning evaluation, it is perfect to stimulate and motivate the children in the learning process of the French language. They are valid for life and are recognized worldwide. They allow you to officially validate your French learning.
It is the opportunity for children to demonstrate their French language skills, to be rewarded for their work at school and to get used to sitting exams for certificates from the beginning of their French studies.
One week before your date of exam, you will receive your Convocation which mentions the exam timing and the things to bring.
Written test
Approx. 1 hour according to the level.
Filling in an exercise workbook with topics adapted to their age focusing on listening, reading & writing.
Oral assessment
Approx. 10 min
Short conversation with a teacher, to introduce him/herself and answer basic questions.
