Get set for some beats in your feet and rhythm in your hips as Fête de la musique comes to our Cultural center! Come celebrate la Fête de la Musique on June 19! Enjoy Arabic, classical, jazz and more... Music will flood over the Alliance!

Only fully vaccinated attendees & participants can attend the concerts.

About the World Music Day

 

The Festival of Music was set on a unique and symbolic date, June 21, the day of the summer solstice. Launched in 1982 in France as the Fête de la Musique, it is a great free popular event open to all musicians, amateurs of all levels or professionals.

 

It celebrates living music and highlights the breadth and diversity of musical practices, as well as all musical genres. It is aimed at all audiences and helps to familiarize young and old people of all social conditions with all musical expressions.

Safety is our priority! 

  • Only fully vaccinated attendees & participants can attend the concerts, in accordance to the latest DTCM precautionary measures for events & activites.

  • Seats are are limited & set up in compliance with social distancing measures. 

  • Seats will be cleaned and disinfected after each event. 

  • Always wear a face mask or face shield at all times.

  • Stay at home if you suffer from: fever, dry cough and/or acute tiredness.
